Professional Bio

My name is Andrew Racosky, and I am in my second year of college at Shepherd University studying business while also being a student-athlete on the football team. I enjoy working with money, especially learning about stocks and investing. I am always interested in learning new skills and improving myself. I also value adversity because I have had to overcome multiple injuries while playing sports, which has helped shape my mindset and work ethic.

Stock Market Simulation Project

During my high school years I joined the stock market simulation project which ran for two years out of my four-year high school period to challenge me through virtual stock portfolio management. My research process involved stock analysis and market pattern examination which I used to create investment choices that balanced risk against actual market results. I got first place in one competition year and secured a position among the top five in another event which helped me develop my investment methods and financial assessment abilities and my ability to make quick decisions under stressful conditions.

Student-Athlete Leadership Experience

As a member of the Shepherd University football team, I balance academics with athletic commitments while working closely with teammates and coaches. I have developed strong time management, teamwork, and resilience skills, especially through overcoming injuries and setbacks.
